  2. Transfer the spiced sugar mix to an airtight container or jar for storage.
Preparing Your Cider
  1. For a Single Serving: Heat 1 cup of apple juice or cider in a saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming, but not boiling. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the apple cider mix, and serve hot.
  2. For a Larger Batch: Heat 1 quart of apple juice or cider in a large pot until steaming. Stir in 1/4 cup of the apple cider mix until dissolved and serve in cozy mugs.
Final Steps
  1. Store any leftover spiced sugar mix in your airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
