  • 2 bunches radishes Look for firm, fresh radishes without blemishes. Organic recommended.
  • 2 teaspoons oil Use avocado or cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Fresh garlic preferred for aroma and depth of flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste) Enhances radishes' natural sweetness.
  • to taste dry oregano Substitutes can include Italian seasoning or smoked paprika.
  • to taste feta cheese or yogurt sauce (for topping) Bulgarian feta or a yogurt sauce with lemon juice and dill recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the stems and leaves from the radishes. Trim off the ends and cut each radish in half lengthwise.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved radishes with oil, salt, minced garlic, and oregano.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes; shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Check for crispiness at 10 minutes; add more time if needed.
  5. Serve the radishes on a plate and drizzle with feta or yogurt sauce.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the air fryer for ideal crispness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
