Preparation
- Remove the stems and leaves from the radishes. Trim off the ends and cut each radish in half lengthwise.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved radishes with oil, salt, minced garlic, and oregano.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes; shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for crispiness at 10 minutes; add more time if needed.
- Serve the radishes on a plate and drizzle with feta or yogurt sauce.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the air fryer for ideal crispness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
