Preparation
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin.
- Place the seasoned tenderloin into the preheated air fryer and cook at 400°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Aim for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Allow the pork tenderloin to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For an extra crispy exterior, consider searing the tenderloin either before or after cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
