Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Boneless Pork Loin Chops (about ¾–1 inch thick) Look for nice, pink chops that are well-marbled.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Feel free to use canola oil or any cooking oil you prefer.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Paprika Adds a smoky sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Essential for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Complements the garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs Italian seasoning or a mix of thyme and oregano work well.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Quality sea salt is recommended.
  • 1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper To taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F and let it heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Coat the pork chops with olive oil in a bowl, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over the chops.
  5. Gently massage the spices into the meat for even coverage.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for airflow.
  2. Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serving
  1. Let the pork chops rest for about 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Store cooked pork chops in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
