Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat each chicken thigh dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, drizzle chicken thighs with olive oil and toss to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ground paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the chicken thighs, rubbing it into the skin and crevices.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  2. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8 minutes.
  3. Flip skin side up again, increase the temperature to 400°F, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a meat thermometer.
Serving
  1. Plate the chicken thighs immediately and serve.

Notes

For leftover storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness. Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
