Preparation
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground paprika. Rub this spice mixture generously over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken in the basket of the air fryer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook at 375°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a couple of minutes before slicing to lock in juices.
Notes
Marinate chicken in your favorite dressing for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For an extra kick, try different seasoning blends.
