- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets, olive oil, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the hot air fryer basket. Air fry for 9-11 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve immediately while hot, with optional additional parmesan or fresh herbs.
Notes
Ensure cauliflower is dry for optimal crispiness. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. For leftovers, store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
