Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound cauliflower florets About ½ of a large cauliflower head; or 4-5 cups. Look for fresh cauliflower for the best taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin adds rich flavor. Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese Freshly grated provides sharper flavor. For dairy-free, use nutritional yeast.
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika Feel free to experiment with smoked paprika.
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Fresh garlic is also great; use 2-3 cloves minced.
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt Use kosher salt for better dissolving.
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper Adjust to taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer at 410°F (205°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets, olive oil, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the hot air fryer basket. Air fry for 9-11 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Serve immediately while hot, with optional additional parmesan or fresh herbs.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower is dry for optimal crispiness. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. For leftovers, store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
