Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat for about 5 minutes.
- Scrub the potatoes under running water to remove any dirt, then dry them well with paper towels.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with fine sea salt.
- Prick each potato 4-5 times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
Cooking
- Place the prepared potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring there's space for air to circulate.
- Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes using kitchen tongs and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes until they are buttery soft inside.
Serving
- Carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer, split them open, and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Leftover air-fried potatoes can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer for best results.
